As I live in the Netherlands, I sometimes run across popular novels translated into Dutch and subsequently given a different cover than the US version. At times I honestly only recognise them by the author name as the titles can be completely different, if it's not easily literally translated.

Two completely different covers - I prefer the original version in terms of 'prettiness', but the Dutch version is certainly attention-grabbing.
